TOURNAMENT FORMAT
The tournament will be a 72 hole Best Ball Stroke Competition between teams of four, consisting of a club professional and three of his/her club male amateurs.  The field will be divided into four flights and play 18 holes beginning at Riddell's Bay Golf & Country Club, Belmont Hills Golf Club, Tucker’s Point Club and Mid Ocean Club.  The amateurs will play three-quarters of their handicap (maximum 20).  In addition, there will be a DAILY TEAM low gross and low net competition.  Amateurs will also compete for Longest Drive and Closest to the Pin Competitions at their respective courses.

Major Prizes will be awarded for Low Net and Low Gross.  In the event of a tie for first place in either the Low Net or Low Gross division, or the Professional Division, a play-off will take place on Friday December 12th at a time and course determined by the committee.  All other ties will be decided by retrogression against the course par.  Low Net being the major division, will take precedence over the Low Gross.

PROFESSIONAL TOURNAMENT—BACARDI RUM TROPHY
The Professional purse will be divided into two sections: Junior Division and Senior Division (50+).  Professionals must decide on which division they will compete during registration of their team.  The event will be a FOUR DAY STABLEFORD.

REGISTRATION
The Goodwill Committee will be available for registration of teams beginning at 12am Friday, December 5th at Belmont Hills Golf Club.  We ask that Professionals have ready all verified and up to date handicap cards for their players.  We will also confirm attendance to the Final Banquet and email addresses.

GOODY BAGS
These will be handed out at the golf courses on the first day of play. Bag tags will be handed out at registration. Please ensure tags are attached to your golf bags to facilitate bag transportation.

GOLF COURSE REGISTRATION
To ensure that we start on time, we ask that ALL Professionals register their team at the golf course. Official scorecards will be provided upon registration.

SCOREBOARDS & DAILY SCORES
Scores will be posted at each golf course for viewing by the players.  Scores will be sent to all hotels as well as printed in the local paper “The Royal Gazette”.

These will be supplied by the Bermuda Goodwill Committee and available at the check in desk at each course.

OFFICIAL SCORECARDS
The Goodwill Committee will produce the “Official Scorecards” which will show the club name and the names of all players with their full and adjusted handicap.  The scorecards will already be dotted on the appropriate holes.  We ask that the professional please double check the handicaps on the scorecard BEFORE starting their round.  We are using the handicap index of ALL players and you will notice that the scorecards will be adjusted depending on the course that you are playing according to slope and rating.
